If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, conducted individually in Vancouver, Washington, under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions are waived.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law survive termination.
